In addition to online assessments, I offer group training. Your team can benefit from training in team building, communication skills, conflict resolution, problem solving, and more.

We use the tests at this site as the basis for creating customized training for your group. My clients have discovered that using assessments increases the amount of information the participants retain. In many training sessions, the group forgets the lesson almost as soon as it's over. This is a way to overcome that tendency.

We skip games, role playing, group hugs, colors, and other popular diversions. Instead, we focus on the facts the tests have revealed. In the days and weeks after the training, the participants can review the recommendations made for them specifically. Each team member will receive his or her own written assessment and action plan.
